Location : The loaction was perfect. Around 15 to 20 mins walking distance from the metro station. Room : Our room was good and clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Room services were great, and the guy on our floor was always helpful. Overall, 4 out of 5. Breakfast: It was heaven, literally! Many options were available like Western, indian and so on. Plus, the fruits were cherry on top. They have an unlimited buffet, and even if you go late, you won't be missing out anything. So I absolutely recommend adding breakfast. 5 out of 5. Swimming pool and gym : I can't comment about the gym as it was closed due to some reconstruction. The swimming pool was clean and it's quite deep, so if you are a non swimmer like me, avoid swimming! Plus, you have to bring your own swimsuit for swimming. I would give 3.5 out of 5. Staff : All staff were so polite and helpful. 5 out of 5.

Our room was cleaned very well every day by Sandhia. She asked every day if we needed anything and if so, we could report it to her. The breakfast was tasty. There was plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Angelo and Samantha in particular came every morning for a short chat. We really appreciated this. On my partner's birthday a pastry was brought and there was singing, thanks to Angelo. The hotel is in an excellent location. The airport is very close and also the metro station. There are also many tasty, especially Asian and Indian restaurants nearby.

Crowne plaza hotel , classed as a 5 star hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar with very nice food. The hotel has plenty of rooms with slippers and bathrobe and all the 5 star services but they shiuld really invest in some new furniture and carpets. The roof top pool is very nice but the jaccuzi and the sauna didn't work when I stayed here. The staff here is very polite and clean and they clean your room everyday and fills your fridge with water bottles every day. The italian restaurant is very good with room service and very tasty pizza.

The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, except for the early morning window cleaning, which woke me up. Since I spent most of my time in the room, I frequently ordered in-room dining, but unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. I would rate it one star, as the dishes were either overly salty or excessively oily, even something as simple as an egg. I hope the catering improves to match the hotel's high standards in the future.

Maliq on reception was very helpful in arranging an addition night's stay, breakfast and a late check out to meet the flight schedule. Tara Baha Dur was excellent with the cleaning of the room.
